Resource and account management

Managing resources, availability, and your client accounts.

Most organizations will have users that are schedulers who create and maintain the job schedule, and resources who carry out the work on those jobs that are scheduled.

Typically, the resources you will work with will be people, but it is also possible to define a resource as an asset.

A human resource can log in once permissions have been assigned.

Organizations might have multiple client accounts. Representatives of these accounts (contacts) can request jobs to be completed by resources that belong to your organization.

You can manage your client accounts using tags, or inclusion/exclusion lists.
