FAQs
Why can’t I access to the extension when I am offline?
This extension was built in an online-only mode to allow for getting the address and converting it into a location. This mode requires a stable internet connection to work.
How do I enable my resources to create the job and assign it to themselves
In order to create new jobs and assign to themselves, resources need the Create permission for “Job Allocation” object. To check this, admins for teams using Salesforce to connect to Skedulo should check the permissions for the “Job Allocations” object in the Skedulo Resource permission set. By default, this object is read-only for resources.
To grant permission to create jobs using the mobile app, first clone the permission set, then enable Create for the job allocation object and save. Once enabled, this cloned permission set will need to be added to the appropriate user before they can use the feature.
