Overview
This section provides a step-by-step guide on how to create mobile forms using the Form Builder in Skedulo for Salesforce.
Skedulo provides two types of mobile form for the Skedulo Plus mobile app:
- Forms for creating new data records: Data entry components in the mobile form are mapped to custom fields on a custom object.
- Forms for updating a job record: Data entry components in the mobile form are mapped to custom fields on the
Jobsobject.
After creating the forms, they must be installed to be made available to resources using the Skedulo Plus mobile app.
When resources submit responses via the forms on their mobile app, the data is stored in the corresponding data object and can be viewed in the Skedulo web app settings.
