Restore a canceled job
Schedulers can manually restore a job that has previously been canceled. The job is returned to the work list and its last known job allocation status is reinstated.
NoteCurrently, the option to restore jobs is not supported if your organization has enabled Resource requirements (RR).
Restoring a job from the job details page
To restore a canceled job from the job details page:
- Open the job’s details page.
- Click the Actions button to display the dropdown menu.
- Select Restore. A confirmation modal asks you to confirm your selection.
- Click Yes, restore to complete the restoration of the job.
Once the action is confirmed, Skedulo will revert canceled jobs to their previous state (i.e., queued, pending allocation, pending dispatch, etc.) depending on the job’s state before it was canceled.
