Overview
Shift notifications can be sent to resources to inform them when a shift is allocated or changed.
Enable shift notifications
The following Beta features admin setting must be enabled for a resource to receive shift notifications:
- Enable automatic resource notifications when a shift changes.
Receiving shift notifications
A resource is notified when:

A new shift is allocated to them (i.e., when it is published).

An existing allocated shift is updated.

An existing allocated shift is canceled.
Notifications appear on the mobile device as alerts, and they can also be viewed in the Notifications screen, accessible via the More menu.
